Refund Policy

At Villa Hire Co., we want every family to have a seamless experience. Please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before registering your interest.
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees incurred.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival
Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit in full. This is due to the operational costs incurred in preparing, packing, and scheduling your booking.
Date changes
We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Please contact us by email as early as possible if your travel dates change.
Balance payment
The remaining balance is due in cash on arrival, at the time of equipment installation. If you are not present at the villa at the agreed installation time, please ensure your villa host or a representative is available to receive us.
Equipment damage or loss
All equipment is provided in clean, good working condition. Minor wear and tear is expected and will not be charged. In the event of significant damage or loss of any item during your hire period, a replacement fee will be charged at cost. We will always discuss this with you fairly and transparently before any charge is applied.
