Please read these terms carefully before registering a booking with Villa Hire Co. By submitting a registration form or confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

Villa Hire Co. is a hire and villa experience service operating in Hoi An, Vietnam. We provide families with pool safety equipment, inflatables, toys, welcome packs, and related services for private villa stays.

Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Submitting a registration form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We will contact you by email within a few hours of receiving your registration to confirm availability and arrange payment.

Standard hire period
Our standard hire period is 7 nights. Short-stay bookings of fewer than 7 nights may be available subject to a short-stay surcharge. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

Villa owner and property manager contact details
To enable pre-arrival installation, you are required to provide us with the name and contact details of your villa owner or property manager at the time of booking confirmation. We will liaise directly with them to arrange access to the property before your check-in time. Failure to provide these details in advance may result in us being unable to complete installation before your arrival. Villa Hire Co. accepts no liability for delayed or incomplete installation where contact details have not been provided in sufficient time.

Equipment installation and collection
We will arrange access to your villa with your villa owner or property manager prior to your arrival. All equipment will be installed before your check-in time. Collection will take place on your final day of hire. You are responsible for ensuring that access is available at both times.

Care of equipment
You are responsible for the reasonable care of all hired equipment during your hire period. Equipment must not be removed from the villa address provided at the time of booking. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a replacement charge.

Liability — Pool Safety Fencing
Our pool safety fencing is provided as a deterrent and an additional layer of awareness around open water. It is not a certified safety barrier and does not meet any specific engineering, building, or safety standard. The fencing does not replace, and must not be treated as a substitute for, active adult supervision of children near or in water at all times.

Villa Hire Co. accepts no liability for any accident, injury, or incident occurring near or in a swimming pool during your hire period, whether or not our fencing or any other equipment is installed. By confirming a booking that includes pool fencing, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability in full.

Villa Hire Co. provides all equipment in good working condition. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Villa Hire Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of any hired equipment. It is your responsibility to use all equipment safely and in accordance with its intended purpose.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your hire.
