Villa Hire Co. does not ship physical goods. All equipment is delivered and installed in person at your villa in Hoi An, Vietnam, by a member of our team.

We currently service villas in and around Hoi An, including An Bang Beach, Cẩm An, Cửa Đại, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether your villa falls within our coverage area, please contact us by email before registering.

Delivery timing
We coordinate directly with your villa owner or property manager to arrange access and installation before your scheduled check-in time. You do not need to be present for installation. To facilitate this, you must provide us with your villa owner's or property manager's name and contact details at the time of booking confirmation.

Collection
All equipment is collected by our team on your final day of hire. Please ensure access to the villa is available on your departure day. If you have an early departure, please let us know by email in advance so we can arrange collection accordingly.
