FAQs
What areas of Hoi An do you cover?
We service villas across Hoi An, including An Bang Beach, Cẩm An, Cửa Đại, and the surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your villa? Drop us an email and we'll let you know.
How does the booking process work?
Simply register your interest through our website with your villa details and dates. We'll get back to you within a few hours to confirm availability and arrange your booking. No payment is required at the point of registration.
We don't know our pool size?
Ask your villa host the size of the pool. If you/they're unsure, not to worry. We'll contact them directly or visit the property ourselves to find out.
How do we pay?
A deposit is required to secure your booking, which we'll arrange after confirming availability. The remaining balance is due 2 days before arrival.
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your arrival date.
How much are the add ons?
Fill in the registration form with a note of what you're interested in. We'll respond with availability and pricing.
When do you set up and collect?
We arrive at your villa before your check-in time and have everything installed and ready before you walk through the door. On your final day, we return to collect all equipment — you don't need to do a thing.
How is the pool fence installed?
Our bamboo-style pool fencing uses ground stakes or weighted bases and is completely removable with no damage to the property. It is designed specifically for villa pools and is quick to install and remove.
Is the pool fence a certified safety barrier?
Our pool fencing is designed as a deterrent and an additional layer of awareness around open water. It is not a certified safety barrier and does not replace active adult supervision. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in the pool.
What ages are the float vests suitable for?
Our float vests cover a range of sizes suitable for children from approximately 1 to 6 years. When you register, let us know your children's ages and we'll make sure the right sizes are ready for your stay.
Is the equipment cleaned between hires?
Yes. All equipment — including float vests, toy boxes, and inflatables — is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between every hire.
What if something gets damaged during our stay?
We understand accidents happen, especially with young children. Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. Significant damage or loss may incur a replacement fee, which we'll discuss with you fairly and transparently.
What if our travel dates change?
Life happens — we get it. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on deposits.
Do you work with specific villas or villa managers?
We work independently of any specific villa or property management company, so we can service any villa in our coverage area. If your villa owner wants to get in touch with us directly, we're always happy to build that relationship.
How far in advance should we book?
We service a limited number of villas each week to ensure every family receives our full attention. We recommend registering as early as possible.
Do you offer shorter stays?
Our minimum booking is 7 nights. Shorter stays may be available depending on scheduling — get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
